Hi!
I understand, the premier trim package has black interior, the color accent seats, and the soft touch upper door Panel. But what does the Aluminium Instrument Panel mean? And is there anything else I miss?
If I am lucky I could get one without that package and with Recaros relatively soon, but do not know, if I would miss out on something nice?
Can anyone explayn the real differences between Premier Trim and without? :help:
Thanks!

If you do a search on these forums, you should be able to find multiple threads that discuss what you're asking.

it depends on a lot - i can only talk about the GT, though.

here is the dash/interior of the base GT:

Thanks guys, but I am not asking about the "Premium" vs "Standard" car, but the extra "Premier Trim with Color Accent Group".
There are some threads about it, but they just tell, there is better Leather and soft touch plastic on the upper door Panel.
But if I look in the configurator, there is stated "Aluminium I/P Panel". What is this? Thanks!

Yea I have actually read probably every post on the internets about the trim package and no where does anyone confirm what 'Aluminum I/P Panel' means

^^Yes, exactly...
Perhaps someone with "Premier Trim" and someone without could post some pictures of their interior? That hopefully can clear some things about this package
Would be much appreciated guys!

I have the Premier Trim on my GT with Perf Pkg. The only thing I noticed that was different is the stitching in the seats and steering wheel, leather door panels with stitching, and of course the soft leather. I believe the Perf Pkg turned dash overwrites whatever dash is in the Permier Pkg. Here are some pics..

Thanks alot 95cobby!
That the Performance Package overwrites this different Instrument Panel could be possible. Then it would make no difference to me, since I will get one with the PP.
But then again, is the dash really the "Instrument Panel"? Hmm...

No problem man. I guess I should have said Instrument Panel/Bezel that covers front of dash lol. Speaking of the dash.. The stitching is also on there. Little different as the stitching sits on top of the dash rather then right at the corner as is wraps around.

I see! Then I think I can go without Premier Trim, because I will get Recaros and PP anyways. Would be just nice to have the soft touch upper door panel. But I guess I can live without, since it is not bothering me in my S197 now ;)
Thanks again!

I have standard leather and the side panels are leather and fairly soft. Only thingot I can tell different is 1 more stitch line on the seats. My buddy has premier I'll compare his next time hever drives it.

It's not the door inserts, but rather the whole upper door piece, which has the insert attached to it.

True, but the inserts are more different than the top of the doors. The "soft touch" is a pretty subtle difference, but the Redline door cards really brighten up the interior.
