What exactly does this mean?

Quite a few threads on this already. Basically for what you're asking better door cards that are "soft touch" on the upper portion and some different stitching. For the Aluminum Instrument Panel, it will depend if you bought the Performance Pack, 50 Year Appearance Package (the 50 year package includes the Premier Trim (option 68B) by default), or not.
