My salesman, Alex had told me I had bought during a sale so the sticker was $34,490 and the wow price was $27,749. Of course you have to add all the dealer charges, freight and whatever else. I did have 2k in rebates but maybe the wow price is the difference?
27749 wow price
900 freight
599 dealer processing fee
1960 tax
305 tags

31513 otd in CT
-500 competitive lease

31013 total amount financed registering in CT
After that I had received $750 private cash from ford which I must've rounded Dow but actual number is $30,263

Wow, that's impressive. And I thought Z-Plan buying was supposed to be the easy choice!

That's where I'm sitting at for the 2017 I ordered without any other incentives.

What OTD can I expect for a 2017 Ecoboost Premium with PP, Magnetic exterior and Redline Red Premium Leather interior? MSRP of 34130. Located at Sunnyvale, CA. I don't have any special plans that I qualify for.

Just bought my first ever mustang and I think I did pretty well all things considered. The dealer I eventually purchased from gave me a great price without really having to negotiate. I purchased a 2016 GT premium with the Performance Pack, Navi, Reverse Sensing, and Enhanced Security. Msrp was $41,275. They gave me a price of $38,006 dollars before any rebates. After qualifying for the $750 cash back and receiving my $750 customer cash through the ford website I purchased it for $36,500. This is near Los Angeles as well. How do y'all think I did though?

Wait so you got 2 separate $750 rebates? I got mine for 5000 off msrp including the 750 Ford cash back, but I didn't know about a 2nd 750 rebate.

Yeah.... I kept on reading what prices people were getting on this same thread and noticed it. After some research I found out its pretty much a coupon. When you request a brochure online it usually comes with a coupon for $750 on the mustang. Since I hadn't received the brochure in the mail after about a week and was planning on purchasing the car that coming weekend, I called ford customer care and they gave me the code. All in all it was fairly easy. Still it looks like you got a better deal than me lol

I've tried like 3 times downloading it and requested by mail a couple times and never got anything. You just go to download brochure right? You can't even request a brochure for the 15's now.

btw, I was planning on driving overnight for a 2015 Mustang gt since its totally loaded, 9k off and 0%. Still wondering if I should pass on this deal and wait for a 16 and hope one will come available with the color and options I want. I did notice that dealership had a 16 almost identical to the 15 minus the recaro seats and a couple small options. MSRP is a couple grand less, but they don't have the discounted price listed. After some quick figuring, if they are asking about the same and I use my current rate of 2.9%, payments would be about 40 more, but if I go to 75 months like I have now, it drops to only 20 or so more. IDK, I know a model year newer would be better if I don't end up keeping it for 5 or more years plus the upgraded sync, but then again it won't have all the options.

If I was you I would call around. It never hurts. All the dealers that gave me the best prices are just dealers that I found a little further from me. Local dealers always wanted me to go in and negotiate even though it was Contacting their internet sales department. All the others ( which were Only an additional 20 minute drive gave me instant deals. Once I had one deal I would just call the others and tell them if they could match it. I did this for about 2 weeks and kind of just stopped once I saw how far they were willing to go. The dealer I bought from beat all of them the first time I contacted them.

9000 dollars off seems like a hell of a deal if you plan on keeping it but then again they are selling it do you at that price due to on lot depreciation. I never looked at the 15's as I don't plan on keeping it forever (hoping to eventually get a gt350) and I wanted it to retain its value a little longer. As far as options, I like the recaros but I know I wouldn't be able to daily them. The seats in the premium are fine and hold me well (better than my 370z) and sync 3 is really easy and comfortable to use. oh yeah, and I also made them compete for my % rate. I was at 3.5% and wound up right at 2.3% at 75 months:D

Hi all. Anyone in the Houston area know of any good dealers/salesman I can talk to about getting a new 2016 mustang. I'm trying to get a GT Premium Automatic w/ reverse sensor (nav would be awesome too if it fits into my price range) and want to pay no more than 35k OTD, and finance at 0% for 60 or ideally 72 months.
Why dont you call any of the following guys at Grapevine ford.

Its a bit of a drive from Houston, but they have great pricing, and if they had California 50 state legal cars, I was planning on flying out there to buy a car.

Texas sells a lot of 49 state cars - CA smog laws are a bitch. So they couldnt legally sell me a car.

Damn I wish I had known about that. I received 2 brochures in the mail but I don't see any coupons. On the last page of each it shows the special offer of $750 cash back or APR Alternative of 84 months at 4.9%. I don't see any code so I'm assuming that's the basic $750 cash back that everyone gets. Oh well glad it worked out for you. It looks like we both got pretty good deals.

<- car I got, stick GT no PP or prem

$36k on x-plan

taxes and fees basically destroyed me

a premium was hovering 40k area, again with X-plan

I live in an area of Central Cali that drives muscle cars for daily drivers, people are paying at least 1k markup for anything muscle (mustangs, camaros). They got upset in my face when I told them I'm buying on X-plan.

Damn

Should have driven into the San Jose area. I got mine for 33K OTD. Base model GT with a 6MT.

But we all know the saying... You got to pay to play!
