Not something on my Mustang but my brother-in-law was at GT101 yester for the oil cooler uograde along with a new 50th Anniversary grill - really suits a darker colour

Uhhhh. Not just dark colors. Had to do the same. A Mustang without a corral grill is not complete!

Easier to do for the 18+ GTs since some (all?) eco grills include it. Harder for you, me and others with impeccable taste to add one to our pre-'18s.

FYI you might want to call Royal Steering Wheels after you've submitted your details online. I sent mine off last week, called him today and he said he only received it last night 🤔
As an FYI Josh emailed me to say there were some delays and mine was one that had been effected; they are normally really good on turnarounds on my others, guess many factors are causing delays in these times.

Mine arrived on Friday. There's some typos on their website as the steering wheel with leather top and bottom and the one with Alcantara are both labelled soft top/bottom.

So Wednesday morning was a trip to GT101 to get the front off and fit 35w D1S bulbs and ballasts.

Definite improvement :like: but didn’t manage to get on a pitch black road with no other cars just to really test.

They were just off eBay from Aus - not the cheapest way to do it and ’just’ Chinese sourced but cba to source it all myself (and don’t trust myself to get it right neither :giggle:)

will have a chat with my brother-in-law and see if he’s up for a side-by-side comparison

any pics of the new lights in action v older ones?

for me, two new rear boots fitted today. Michelin Pilot Sport 4, figured i needed the extra wet weather grip. Now to bed them in :sunglasses:

Shame half the cars still missing or I'd literally take it for a test drive lol

Good that the wheel is in bad half the car is missing :(

just noticed today (like 15 minutes ago) that underneath the lip where the boot hinges up from is a support bar with slots in it like the one behind the rear seats. All this time I've had my shopping fall over / fly about the boot space and there have been loop mounts sitting right there! Have threaded through a couple of short bunge cords to grab the shopping bags next time i'm out. Mmmm, we seem to be done to our last box of bog roll, shopping trip tonight
methinks :cwl:

edit: too lazy to go back to car the now and take a pic but there's one of these support? bars right under the boot opening as well so couple of short cords hanging down and hopefully no more smashed up scattered all over the boot shopping items. It's the simple things that keep me happy

Trip over to GT101 for the oil cooler upgrade.
Excellent service from David and Co, it was done as a while you wait job and took about 3 hours.

All very painless apart from the bill that is! but then again it’s much smaller than a replacement engine.

Got my wheel back, doesn't quite pop like the orange but it had to match my interior and the grey stitching on the seats

Steering wheel completed and fitted by Jack at Royal Steering Wheels; they have done all my cars never fail to impress; fyi price was ÂŁ275 fitted.
This one is flat bottom, with the thumb grips and contoured, sculpted sides.
The red alcantara inserts are from AliExpress, as well as the other red interior alcantara parts to complete the theme.

washed it, badly needed it after a trip along the motorway. I haven't checked too closely but i bet i missed bits, maybe even an entire panel. It's happened before
