Ordered some more #PonyPorn from Nemesis for GT101 to fit

Plus....ordered my 'Flat Bottom mod' custom steering wheel from 'Royal Steering Wheels'.

I have used these guys on my last 3 cars and been really impressed and makes massive change, as they can mod them to be thicker for better feel and the more aggressive sculpted thumb holds which is what I'm having along with the flat bottom; thats what miss a lot from the RS6/4.
This is an example pic from their site, mine will be the same combo of leather and black alcantara, apart from red top center and light gray stitching to match the rest of interior.

£250; my other wheels have been cheaper (approx £150 i think) when were a more straight forward, and recolour via a re-stitch and re-cover.
I guess they use something to packout, form/ mold/ carve out the shape and then re-cover; Speak to Jack he is the guy there.... https://royalsteeringwheels.com/

I'm tempted to get mine done while mines still on axle stands 😁
Had mine done last year, well worth it and the thicker wheel and thumb grips are so much better.I went for perforated and smooth leather as opposed to alcantara but all the options they have are great

That’s one of my goals this year - hopefully sooner rather than later :)

So Wednesday morning was a trip to GT101 to get the front off and fit 35w D1S bulbs and ballasts.

Definite improvement :like: but didn’t manage to get on a pitch black road with no other cars just to really test.

They were just off eBay from Aus - not the cheapest way to do it and ’just’ Chinese sourced but cba to source it all myself (and don’t trust myself to get it right neither :giggle:)

FYI you might want to call Royal Steering Wheels after you've submitted your details online. I sent mine off last week, called him today and he said he only received it last night 🤔
