You assume incorrectly.

I should have stated they SUCKED the first time I used them 2 yrs ago. I'm not buying an OEM set if the first set SUCKED.

Good for you if your experience is better than mine.
In my experience the OEM blades are very good, but have zero tolerance for crud/dirt getting on the edge of the blades. I find if I wipe them with some cleaner and a microfiber every few months they last a lot longer.

Haven’t posted in a while or done much to the car. Pulled the 350 valance out of storage and finally installed it. Relatively easy install. The Y pipe I had isn’t going to work so I may just have a shop fab it from scratch.

The Velossa Tech product connects right into the air intake snorkel, it's even "keyed" just like the intake.
Did you add any type of filter to the Big Mouth?

Just received my first picture from the TNIA Sebring event last week. What a crazy and wild ride with 2 of the 3 sessions in the rain, cars spinning left and right...the pucker factor was real!

Twizzty, some day, I'll hav to get over to Sebring for one of these events. How did the car hold up, any overheat problems? Sebring is like Mecca for Ford folks, we need to get there and drive it.

Today I swapped out the stock grill on my 2020 GT Premium with a Bullitt style grill that I bought on eBay for $119. I had no issues at all with fit or quality. My main reason for the swap was to get rid of the fangs. I will miss the black pony on the front, but I ordered a black pony to mount on the rear deck where the Camaro drivers can see it.

Been waiting forever to get the Forgelines mounted. Not the exact tires I wanted, but until Michelin starts sending 19” rubber again it’ll do. Happy with the AC hood as well. Wengard has the Whipple dialed in and cooking! The look of Lamborghini and Ferrari drivers is the best. I’m sure they will be back to the dealers tomorrow asking what’s wrong with their cars. Lost 80+ lbs between hood, antigravity battery and billet wheels.

Last weekend I found a chip in my windshield while lovingly washing my car. Was so upset as the windshield was replaced last december.

I decided to use a chip fix. It turned out GREAT! first photo is the chip (placed white paper behind the glass (on dash) for contrast.

Second photo is the same area. It's invisible unless I point to it with my fingernail and the person comes in and scrutinizes it with their eyeball 4" away.

to be fair, the turtle wax hybrid is AMAZING stuff for the cost to use ratio. seriously, it fairs quite well against the other products in that category. I actually use it on my generator, I put a couple coats on my generac backup generator when I do maintenance on it once a year. I do like 2-3 coats just for heck of it, ive been using it for misc stuff and im like 60% left on bottle.
OMG, I am so doing this to my Generac!!! And when wife looks at me like I'm weird, I'll have a screenshot of your post to show her...

I have been making a set of drinking cup coasters as a gift for a retiring teacher. I engraved/cut it on my laser engraver at my work. It features caricatures of the members of my department. I used birch plywood, and instead of putting 5-6 coats of polyurethane, I put 3 coats and then wet sanded with 5000grit, then used rubbing compound. Wife thought I was weird for using my car care on it. It looks sooo much better.

The next time my wife makes fun of me for washing my lawnmower (once a year), I can say: "Well, I internet-know a guy that waxes his generator, so buzz off".
I wash my mower too!, and my wife thi is I am weird. But now after seeing your post I will wash without shame, and after seeing freepenguin's post, i will be waxing my mower too... maybe compound it first...
