I saw one of your old posts when u had the Essens on 20"...why did you make the change and what was the biggest difference in ride and tire clearance?

When I first pressed at the highest spot it twisted the bottom portion off so I just held my hand harder on it to make them stick better. Once I drive I will try it out to see how they work, but it feels like you can still get your hand higher than the stock ones and shift with no problem. They are definitely pricey, glad I bought them for the sale price, don't think I would have otherwise.
I think that for $100, CJPP should have included die-cut double-stick tape pieces, and whether vendor- or user-installed. It is critical to get the right stickem in there. I had double-stick foam tape, but it was too dense. What is needed is a thin foam tape with high-strength PSA on each side.

Also, I put a plastic ruler between the OEM paddle and steering wheel, so I could press down harder on the stickem.

Steeda shift knob? WTF! I was sent a pic of a prototype but it's not listed as available yet. What up David@Steeda? :paddle:

So jelly....one of these days I'm going to bite the bullet and swap out my MBRP setup for a quad plus valance......
Yep, I want to do the same, but I still can't justify the cost.

Which valance is that? I'm looking for one that will allow quads
GT350 Valance - I did the full cat-back and valance system. They do make a few different versions with just axle-backs or cat-backs. I haven't found anyone yet that sells just the valance.

I got this done yesterday. Happy with how it turned out.
I'll take some better pics when the weather gets nicer.

I hear ya. I'm actually looking at the Roush version and a seller on Ebay has the quad axel back with valance for $1200 shipped. So I would either need to have done custom piping from the downpipe to the axel back or attach the Roush to the MBRP mid pipe/y pipe and ditch or sell just the MBRP axel back section. I just absolutely hate the sound of this MBRP and the way the tips sit off center so if I'm going to do something different I might as well go quad! (which I should've done in the beginning)

Difference of 300 bucks and you get the full catback - this is where I got mine from.
