LOL. It's the carbon fiber counter top that goes on your dash. JK. c/f coin tray. The gentleman I purchased my GT350 wheel from threw them in.

Yes, it's the export model which includes a rear fog light. I had one originally, but it was damaged in the accident so I had to order a new one, along with the clear tail lights.
