Changed the oil and gave her a wash. Oil was at 10% after 6500 mi. and 10 months and looked great. Still had some translucence. No consumption either. i usually tear the filter apart, haven't done it yet. Last time it was very clean.

That K&N oil filter looks much longer than the stock on my V6.

I got mine from CJPonyParts, it was cheaper there compared to other places. It took almost two months to get them though because they were backordered.

That K&N oil filter looks much longer than the stock on my V6.

HP-2011 It is longer, which is why I saved it for the 'stang, and put the shorter Purolator in my 3.6 Caddy, clearance issue. Same p/n oddly enough. Too bad they all weren't the same. Save a lot of aggravation.

Had Michelin X-ICE snow shoes mounted on some cheap American Muscle 19x8.5" wheels. Put them on the car today, the Steeda jacking rails make jacking this car up so easy. For all you people driving in the cold with summer only tires I gotta say you're nucking futs!

Got ahold of a Chassis Ear kit and finally narrowed my clunking sound to the passenger front strut. Strut nut is tight, and the car dampens fine, so looks like the strut mount/bearing failed. Taking it for warranty repair tomorrow.

Removed the aftermarket wheels, NT05 tires, and Coilovers from my 17 GT PP and put the stock tires, wheels and suspension back on, in preparation to sell or trade the car.

I like it alot. Only downside is it gets very cold now in the winter
