It's called Guard Grey on the Ford website but I believe it to be a more greenish colour as well.
It's just called Guard in all the Ford printed brochures but, as you say Guard Grey in the web site configurator. Definitely green.

Race red for me. Turns out a race red vert could be a bit of a rarity. I have a 64 plate Mondeo in Magnetic which is a great colour but a bit ' business suit' for a vert unless it's your DD (only my opinion). Magnetic looks great in the sun and it's as easy to keep clean as black ;)

I am surprised the Orange is such a liking, I thought picking it, I would be in the minority but I see there is a few other fellow orange lovers like myself lol.

No one taken the plunge on Yellow yet but I am sure there will be. Going to be a very good mix of colours in the UK for sure :)

In Florida at the mo and in 5 days of driving around and scanning theme park car parks only seen 4 Mustangs! All drop tops - yellow, orange black & Dib - Dib was darker than I thought but still looks good. Orange seemed a bit flat, black was, sorry, boring and yellow looked best on the convertible. Might just be the weather but black didn't do anything for any of the party.

Funnily enough I've just come back from Florida and I had a black ecoboost auto drop top for a week whilst I was out there.

I drove it down to Key West and it was a really good cruiser (I put 2k miles on the car in just 1 week!). The auto box is unbelievably good and for me the drop top was a gimmick that i forgot about within the first 24hrs (was much more comfortable with the roof up and the AC on).

Really impressed with the ecoboost. It goes like stink but it sounds like a bag full of angry dogs.

Before I had the exposure to the car I wasn't sure on which gearbox to go for but completely committed to an auto v8 coupe in DIB now. The flappy paddles shift very fast when i wanted to drive like a nutter and its so easy to drive lazy in normal auto mode.

I've gone for the black myself. I actually like Magnetic the most, but had two similar colour cars (inc current car). I wouldn't say its 'boring' as such (looks 'meaner' than light colours) but probably could be described as a 'safe' colour. Can see what you mean though. One of the reasons for choosing black is that I felt that it would disguise the ropey build quality to some degree. However, I think for similar reasons some of the cars lines are lost. I haven't seen a black one in the metal but in the photos, it doesn't seem to have the same wow factor from certain angles as some of the other colours. On the positive side, the black wheels are perfect, the plastic trim doesn't stand out so much and I'll be 'The Bandit' in my own mind at least.

I love the race red, orange and yellow but for the long term it had to be a more sedate colour. I like dark colours but had a lot of black so went for Magnetic. Intend to black it out as much as possible in this country.

Same for me. My heart says race red, but my head, magnetic. I would still say that race red is the best colour, and I have always dreamed of owning a red mustang but IMO it's an occasional colour, a bit too loud for a day to day drive (which mine will be). Magnetic looks mean, gives the car a certain presence and character I think. A great selection from Ford though, it was a touch choice for me!

Please can we keep these to UK orders only.

Does anybody know how I can tidy up the answers and delete those that are not from the UK?

We have a TY!
Not in the UK we haven't, all 3 are foreign orders....

That's a shame, I had a flick through & there is quite a few non UK voters...no idea if you can edit the results. Might be easiest to start the poll again & specify "UK only" in the title.

Might be interesting anyway to see if with UK only it changes. Race Red & Magnetic edging ahead at the moment, that may not be the case!

I have created a new UK ONLY poll so please could the UK owners that have voted in this poll please also vote in the new poll so we can get an accurate look as to what UK buyers have gone for on their colour choice :)
