Hi all,

I have recently bought a 2019 Ford Mustang GT as a rebuild project from CoPart,

Unfortunately, the front bumper and all ancillaries were missing so I'm currently playing the game of guessing what goes where,

I can't figure out for the life of me what the molex connector is for on the front right side next to the washer bottle, it isn’t the headlight!

I’m presuming the one to the left is a temperature sensor or similar, also have absolutely no idea where that goes,

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The attached might be of help.

One document identifies the part number of the item.

The other document helps identify where used.

I'm thinking the OP may be more interested in the function the connector supports.

If so, I looked through my manual and was unable to locate a 8-port connector in that area for the chassis and the engine. Hopefully someone with more intimate knowledge of that area can help out.

This may be for the adaptive cruise control sensor.

For anyone in my position in the future I have found the answer!

After running an OBD scan and clearing all the codes, we had 3 more come up:

I emailed my local Ford dealer asking them if there are any looms for the front bumper, they kindly sent the diagram below:

They also helped out by giving me the part numbers for the sensors:

Left & Right: GR3T-14B653-BA / 5332947 / GR3Z-14B004-A

Centre: GR3T-14653-AA / 5332942 / GR3Z-14B653-AA

Front loom: FR3T 15K867 AA / 1913655

I have ordered all the sensors and the loom which are due next week - if there are any compatibility issues I will update this thread however it looks like it should all be sorted now!
