Weird Throttle Blip

So I have a little over 20k miles on my 2015 Ecoboost with Auto and PP. Only mod is 93 stage one Cobb tune for a little under 1k miles so far.

I recently noticed a weird throttle response when at about 1- 1.2k rpms. I've noticed it in 4, 5, and 6th gear - but mostly 6th.

I'd be not accelerating and then when I accelerate a tiny bit, the rpms go to 1.5k then drop 1.2k really fast. I'm not applying throttle then letting off... it's just automatic as soon as I apply a little throttle.

My question is, is this normal? I never noticed this before until last night.

Looks like the torque converter unlocking to me.

Its probably downshifting from 6th to 5th since 6th is an overdrive gear
