My headlights light output is very low despite having the adjustment knobs on top maxed out on both headlights. The right headlight maxed out is nowhere close to the left headlights. I checked the ball and socket joints and it is spinning correctly, so I'm stumped. Has anyone ever encountered this issue? It makes driving at night a bit sketchy. I'm also lowered on Steeda Progressive Springs, so that might be a factor as well?

Looks like the pass side headlight is defective somehow and not lifting as much as it should. Do you have a friend with an S550 that would let you test their alignment limits? If theirs goes higher and matches the driver side then you have a bad headlamp my friend. Looks like you have a 2016 so you probably will need to purchase one yourself and I know they are not cheap. May get lucky and find a good used one.
