7000 miles over the warranty and fkn engine decides to seize possibly cam gear phaser, whats the chances of starting a complaint with Ford to have it fixed?? Lol. Thanx for any opinions/advice. Oh and the car hasn't been beat on and can clearly see that by looking at it

Call the Ford 800# and ask for a Regional CSR. Explain to the CSR you're seeking assistance from Ford with regards to the engine trouble. If you have maintenance records, let them know that you do have such records. Explain in a professional manner that you can't believe the engine troubles after only 60k+ miles and you need this car as your primary driver.

There's no guarantee, BUT there's a possibility they couid lend some assistance - on what scope, I don't know but it certainly does not hurt to ask.

Really sorry to hear this. They don't stand behind their product even when it is under warranty, so this is obviously a bit tricky. What @Cobra Jet said is right on the money though.
