Warning - First world problem

Super frustrated, the last 3 days on my commute I've had Priuses, Civics and SUV's slow down in front of me on the two awesome on-ramps I take!

3 wasted moments in my life as finding time to go for drives in the Twisties etc is almost impossible - so these are the few short moments of 'fun' I try to fit in!!!! I didnt even pull 0.4G.

Normally, my commutes are pretty normal - however, yesterday I had a 2010? ish (not the latest but the one just before) 911 Carrera pull up against a triple yellow Mustang on the highway and do the triple horn thingie. Said Mustang did not break any speed limits of course, but will say I was surprised to see the yellow steed in question pull away with authority. This is a fast car.

I was out for a late-night drive last night, and on my way home I had a run in with a yellow M4. Dude wanted to play oh so bad. The stretch of highway we were on is a hot spot for hidden police so I behaved.

I'm starting to think my exhaust causes a lot of the trouble. This was the second time I've had another sports car immediately go into race mode the second I went over 2500 RPM.

On the way home from work today I had a Yellow camaro pull up next to me on I10. I didn't get on it I just kept my cruise control on. But then of course he tries to pull away when he lines up with me. so of course I caught back up with him...looked at him and floored it..pulled away from him with ease

You saved yourself some embarrassment...

A friend of mine and I went for it. He has a 435ix... Turbo I6 with around 100 less HP....it was dead even from 40-115...

And I always let cars get way ahead of me before onramps...then catch up before they merge!!

Though I agree the M4 would take it, you should have beat the 435i from a roll. I hate magazine racing but according to car and driver: The 15 mustang gt high 12 sec @ 110-112
435i mid 13 @ 105...
1/4 mile mph is a good indicator of a car is capable of from a roll. I'd guess the 435xi is even heavier being AWD, slowing it down farther.

Of course anything can happen on the street as there are many possible variables.
