Hey mate, hard to say for sure.
I think I saw elsewhere that you’re Lund tuned. If that’s the case, it’s been my experience that Aussie Ford dealers can’t interrogate the car whilst the tune is loaded. I tend to think that they’re either full of shit, or, they have some method that others don’t.
Does the car smell like it’s been dumping a heap of unburnt fuel when you eventually get it to start?
Are you running the DW400 pump?
Yeh im not sure to be honest - lund gave me a crank fuel tune but that did pretty much nothing and same issue persists

You can hear the fuel pump priming and no smell of fuel something is blocking the injectors from.firing its really wierd - the original guys that worked on my car but gave up seem to think its a wiring issue and want to switch my wiring harness and start checking the ecu which is a dead set nightmare

I just got ford to drop the box, replace the crank sensor at the bottom, check all wiring and change the pulse ring and did a crank relearn but still can't find out what it is

I ordered a return valve anyway at 10 bux its a pretty cheap thing to try

Just frustrated as I legitimately haven't driven my car in 6 months

Im running the upgraded pump that edelbrock provide in the stage 2 kit think its a drop-in 400 LPH fuel pump assembly which I'm assuming is similar to the dw400? + a just fuel pump booster

Great find!! Starting to read through it already and I see the same issue as me described multiple times, maybe I can figure this out lol. Thanks!

OP, did you ever find a solution to this problem? I have had this issue for quite some and have not figured it out. Thanks!
