Waiting for a Track pack GT350

Ok well I received a phone call today from my regional manager and according to what he's found out and the reason why I haven't taken delivery of my car is because during transport from the factory to the holding yard where they ship from, my cars been damaged and awaiting for repairs. I knew this was going to happen because as I mentioned before my luck always sucks. When I went to flat rock last weekend just as I proven with a pic of the yellow and magnetic cars driving into the holding yard from the plant some kid must of gotten cocky and lost control of my car. I have no idea of the damage, but this explains why it left the plant on 11-4 to be shipped out on the 11-7 as my dealer told be weeks ago and then on the 11-5 it went back to plant. At this point I give up.

What!! That is crazy dude. I would be pretty upset, and fyi I support you venting over this even if some people accuse you of going back to bitching lol.

It really concerned me when I first saw the pics of them driving the cars in the snow/wet. Just seemed wrong to begin with and lots of opportunity for things to go wrong. That is really a huge violation of trust that they damaged your car and have basically done everything possible to hide what happened. If you weren't so persistent you may have never gotten to the truth. I think they still owe you a lot of answers too..

I'm only going by what was told to me. I knew it was more then a freaking seat belt. Everyone said I been bitching and complaining. Damn right I was. When I live just minutes from the plant and have a earlier built date then some others and they already received theirs. I knew something was wrong. Even today some posted that their build date was in middle November and they already been told of a delivery date. It's bs.

My Track Pack car was built Oct 26, supposed to have been delivered before Nov 9 but so far nothing.

I ordered my car today at the dealership. I also received a VIN, window sticker, and build date today.
