Unless you hit a red light every block, I think you can do a lot better than 13, but maybe I'm the weird one. Too and from work I drive pretty tame (unless I take the back way home). There is just no point in driving aggressively during my commute since that's just going to get me to somebody's bumper or the next red light. I have no problem averaging 17-18 mpg.
17-18 is actually pretty decent! I wonder what a GT would get with the same driving style

Same route with my Manual 2016 GT PP netted 16 MPG. So 12 MPG on the GT350 isn't much worse. I shift at 4k and stay out of 6th.

About 1 mpg different for a GT vs. a GT350, if my experience means anything.
