These springs are amazing. Same drop as the Sportlines BUT with out the fractured neck. After buying 5 sets of lowering springs I think this is it. There is a member here that made a spread sheet of all the spring rates and drop. Vogtland corporate informed me that those rates are wrong. The front springs are LINEAR the rears are progressive which makes all the difference in the world. There is no nose dive when braking or porposing when rowing through the gears. Vogtland Sport Plus is 1.5" in front and 1.3 in rear. After installing 5 sets these are staying on the car. I would highly recommend members that want a decent drop to get these. Seems this forum is stuck on a couple brands here with not even taking a look at these. There loss is my find. :D These are the smoothest performing out of all 5 sets I have installed.

Are the Vogtland Sport (less drop) similar rates and same w/ respect to the fronts being linear, rear progressive?

Looks good. Glad you're finally happy.

Those other brands are good, too. Ride quality, firmness etc. is very subjective with folks.

Did Vogtland say what the spring rates were? If so, I'll update the spreadsheet.

Drop looks great! Beautiful wheels too.

Really liking the drop.

Taking out my sportlines and installing my kW v3
Thank you. On the money drop!! :) Going for another alignment this afternoon after work.

Same drop as Sportlines rates are less of a neck breaker. I don't cringe anymore every time I see a small pothole and don't s**t my pants every time I see a big pot hole.

Todd, you are correct. This review is my opinion only.

He sent them via email to me and asked me not to post them in the forums. I told him how and the hell are you going to sell these springs if you do not post the rates!!?? He wants me to call him back today Cali time and give a review. I will ask again if I can post the rates. I requested last tuesday that he double check the specs on these springs a second time and he did. He forwarded the email from Germany yesterday. I will keep ya up to date. By the way my rear tire size is 305/30/19s

Spring rate is on American muscle.
Good find. And those are the rates that Germany engineers sent us. The drop is wrong on American Muscle but the rates are correct. Thank you. DSP4848 there ya go.

Todd, the Sportlines gave me the stance but performance sucked. These give the stance AND performance. I really really like these springs!! :) I will not be breaking any 1/4 time records any time soon. Going for 60-70 more HP and I am done modding engine. I like the low down TQ this S/C makes for rat racing every now and then. After not liking this car that much I am starting to like.
