Has anyone here used virtual dyno to track improvements with each mod they add? Coming from a big turbo Focus ST, I used virtual dyno from datalogs with the Cobb Accessport to track tuning progress. No, it is not the same as a real dyno, but if done on the same stretch of flat road in each direction you will get pretty accurate results.
We used it to tune my ST as opposed to a dyno because 1, nobody local tuned them at the time. And 2, you are tuning the car on the road taking real world data into account instead of just sitting on a dyno with a fan pointed at it.
I believe Virtual Dyno is compatible with SCT and Diablo tuners among they many others. I haven't heard of anyone using it on here though
