Viking Shocks on stock susp.?

I want to get better traction off the line, with Nittos Nt05r Im spinning first and second if I launch at 4.5k ,if I do at 3.5k it bugs the motor down but holds thru first and second just fine. I have no issues with wheelhop,atleast I dont feel it , and would like to try some Viking Shocks if they prove to increase traction on the street, who has tried them ?
