Thats not how I read the message, that makes more sense now. I completely agree that you guys should be getting a cheaper Mustang because you are employees.

I wonder how many users here have placed an order at your dealership?

I am not 100% sure but when I placed my order they had 60 or so with deposits down. This was in March. I did see a white convertible drive by. So owners are receiving their cars. We just have to wait :(

I think that white convertible is an engineers car from Ford, it has been in Australia for months now

I ordered Oct 2014 from Bayford. ETA at dealership 16th January. I'm pretty sure most people who ordered in Feb have there VIN's.

I don't have vin .. But they told me it will be January 2016 built For March delivery .. Do you think they telling the truth ? I have no idea how order system work. Been waiting for 10 month now still no vin

At the moment FordOz have informed me that I'm a January build too. This seems to have slipped because Deysha originally told me Mid December. I'm waiting for another update from Deysha.

March delivery sounds about right.

March delivery sounds reasonable but the problem for me is that I ordered 10 months ago and still don't have vin yet . Not sure it is normal . Can't imagine mid 2016 delivery that would be 15 months wait .

I ordered mine from Bayford the same month as you and the VIN and window sticker arrived a couple of months ago. Since then I've learnt it was built and will be departing Baltimore on the Oberon in the next 24 hours, for an ETA of Jan 18th. I'll probably have a few things done to it prior to getting my hands on it so a mid Feb or so handover would be my guess. Bayford, and their Mustang orders, are totally in the hands of FoMoCo, just like us, and they have the same frustrations for the same reasons. Hopefully you get yours asap mate.

Really ? Your vin arrived couple months , the salesman didn't tell me the truth , maybe the dealer steal my order .. This is so sad

Hey everyone, I'll be honest I've never put an exhaust or had any modifications done to my previous cars, and really wouldn't know what I'm asking for/looking at. However for my Mustang I want to get an exhaust installed and have it tuned. I'm quite intrigued with the Streetfighter stuff having done some looking around on the net and watching a few clips on YouTube. Does anyone have any feedback in regards to Streetfighters setup? Cheers

My advice is that it is very expensive and you would probably be better of purchasing elsewhere and getting someone local to fit it. If you have any questions for mods let me know what you are thinking about!

What are you planning to do to the car prior to getting your hands on it? sounds intriguing

Just the basics like new exhaust, lowered springs, possibly heat extractors/vents and anything else which makes it look and sound meaner Ian. I haven't narrowed it down to exact items yet as I'm waiting to see what Ford Performance offers, but I'd like to get most of the purchase expense to cover extras all in one hit. Other things like the crappy stereo, lack of subwoofer, the DRL's and/or lights I can attend to down the track.

Took my EB out for a photo session this morning while the light was good. Then my wife drove off in it with her sister and cousin. I crossed myself as they drove off.
