This doesnt happen all the time and seems to happen more when its colder outside. Whenever i am at a stop light the car seems to vibrate. The RPM gauge doesnt move but i noticed the boost gauge does move a bit as in the video. The vibration goes away once i start moving again though. Is this normal?

My '18 has an odd little vibration at idle but it's related to a drop of about 100 - 150 rpm and then return to normal. The odd thing is it only happens the first start up after filling the gas tank. Drive it a few minutes, turn it off and when it's restarted the vibration/ rpm drop is gone.
Probably not the same thing yours is doing but still annoying. I've got a couple other things for the dealer to look at and I'll report what they say.

So i called the closest dealer to my house, over the phone one tech said that it wasnt normal. I took the car there and another tech said its fine.
This doesnt seem fine to me but i am still going to try to take it to another deal then.

Did you happen to change motor mounts recently?

I didn't do any changes to the car. Car has been completely stock since day 1.
