Occasional vibration while in idle

I installed a K&N engine air filter about 1k miles ago and it has reduced it some, but occasionally, while sitting at a light, the car will shake/vibrate for a couple of seconds then go away.

No engine light pop up. Just wanting some tips/advice on other things I can check.

Also, I am one of those super paranoid owners so if this is not a big deal, just tell me I am crazy haha
