2018 GT 10r80 E-85 Have had an aluminum driveshaft for about a year when removed got slight vibes had it clocked 180 degrees and went away perfectly. Recent install brand new Ford performance torsen and 4:09 gears also Ford performance...since the gear and torsen install have a vibration 60+ mph I've went as high as 80mph and clocked it 180 degrees many times since and won't go away any suggestions?? Please help. Maybe torsen and 4:09s not compatible??

Gears- ring and pinion are more than likely not going to cause vibrations neither will the Torsten center....if they are installed wrong they’ll make weird noise; clunking, whine or growl, etc.
The first thing I would check would be the IRS cradle mounts/bolts etc, if all that is good then check the axle nuts for the rear wheel bearings and the U-joints on the aluminum drive shaft.
