2020 was hard on mine (lowered on FP springs and 30 series tires). Granted, you can't see this until getting underneath. I've removed it from the car to clean up the edges and hit them with some paint or a sharpie :)

I debated just using it at the track, im not sure I will get into my driveway with it on.

It's not terrible. I'm on FP springs, 30 series tires, and I've only scraped mine one time and the front splitter hit way harder. If you're not scraping the front splitter your rear diffuser should be safe.

That just makes it lower. It's easy to touch up with black if you want.

Personally I went the other way and painted the edges silver after sanding off the paint. Its aluminum so it's not like it's going to rust.
