vehicle damaged?

I called ford corporate. They didn't have any info. The girl I spoke with says they're not able to escalate the case until the original eta date (10/16) has arrived. Theyre no longer showing an eta date. My dealer didn't pick up. I'm going crazy here.

I'm not a rocket scientist....just a lowly computer developer for business operations....but uh, if there are 500 cars in QC or on the lot and weather (or some outside force) damaged one of them....there is a good chance that more are damaged. correct? That can't be good business practice.

I guess the only good thing about that is HOPEFULLY, the ones that are built after OKTB are loaded semi-immediately and shipped out.

Man, I hate seeing threads like this. Consolidations guys/gals. I am all stoked in the other threads having my car in hand, but seeing these posts reminds me that everyone needs to have their car, perfect and keys in hand.

Think about where those cars are kept. How long did your car sit in that lot?

She legit asked "how do you know all of this?" I explained cotus and and all that and had to go through c as in Charlie, o as in ocean... etc. Nice girl but do they really not know their own website? And it's beta and all that but cmon.

So my order went from in transit to Awaiting shipment (backwards I know) ford service says in transit but when I view source I now see this....

Warrenty claims. Itll usually show and shipping claims as well

Actually its off fords dealership website. I work in the service dept at on in omaha.
