Why would the dealer send it out with those paint issues?
Because they're car dealers and not much has changed with that lot over the years. I'm sure most car dealers are terrible organizations but Ford seems to have the worst of them. The dealer I bought my car from (Lithia Ford of Fresno sucks) went to great lengths to hide the (Both Ford and Lithia installed) defects from me.

I also found glue residue from a glue gun on the headliner and door panel. And while they were doing the door panel, it looks like they dropped the glue or glue gun on my side skirt since there is a melted spot. Pics below:

Damn just read.. Pretty messed up. The Spider web scratches are a bad detail job. That will come off with a good detail.

Read that - too bad. I clicked "useful" and I urge others to do the same - the dealer should know that treating customers like this will result in a negative image of the dealership.

I, too, clicked "useful" - completely unacceptable behavior and add a ridiculous response by management.

Just read the Yelp review. I'm getting closer to receiving my car, and if I have to reject it, I will. Having to wait this long and then accept bad quality job is not okay. I'm gonna try to find someone from a body shop I trust to inspect the car for me during delivery.
