USB Port issues

I have an issue with my 15 GT. Its only a 400 A car so the factory stereo is pretty weak. It is however made all the worse because the left speakers do not work when using the USB ports. I have tried multiple plugs, cables and several different devices to test. The speakers work fine with a CD or the radio or sat. Just no Ipod or phone. Bluetooth also doesn't work.

Anyone else have this issue?
