Upgrades to accompany a supercharger

Hey all. So I am looking to add a SC (roush or whipple in about 7 months), plenty of planning and saving time. I have 16 GT PP, with headers, exhaust and tune. What other upgrades besides a clutch upgrade would also be wise to do when I throw the SC on it?
