I can't imagine that armature turning on its own with all that tensionReplaced my hose this morning and noticed the set nut on the armature was loose....oh shit. Must have forgot to tighten it down while installing.
He is talking about the jam nut that holds the clevis in place.I can't imagine that armature turning on its own with all that tension
They are wrapped together but they are not supplying each other. They all have their own vac/boost source.I think that specific line is at least taped to several other lines (if I remember correctly, maybe not) as it heads toward the actuator. I had plenty of slack to get mine on there with no sharp angles. May be just the way some are braided through.

It could rotate inside the canister if it was ever free floating.I got u, I'm saying let's assume that lock nut wasn't there, can that thing turn and thread itself up or down with it clamped on with the c clip and all that tension?
Gotcha! Yea I assumed it was for holding the position during the Instalation process. Thanks. It could rotate inside the canister if it was ever free floating.
