Update GPS on 2018 GT PP

I have a 2018 GT Mustang PP.
Curious, am I able to update my GPS system, to get the latest maps?

On my Ford Escape, I could simply replace the SD card, to thus update the maps.

It's a USB update. Last I heard they were aiming to have the latest one on sale end of the month. The order website is kicking back expected date of July.
