Hmmm..... Rock Auto lists it for about $130. Look for "engine cover" under the "engine" category on their catalog...........

99% of other cars don't have them. Nothing will happen if remove it or drive for awhile with out it.

It's very common on the Japanese cars, I'm not sure how many American cars use them.
