I don't have a problem with the hard centre console (left leg), but find the interior door grab really uncomfortable on long journeys as the sharp angle jabs into the side of my kneecap. There's nothing on the forums (I can find) about this so I might be the only one, but in case anyone else has the same problem....
Before: hard edge gets me right in the side of my knee
After: got some foam and pleather (to match the look rest of the interior!) and was going to fashion something myself. After nearly a year of not getting around to it, I found a 'leather door handle trim' on ebay. I fitted a piece of foam (cut from 1cm foam sheet) inside and fitted with the velcro fixings in about 10 seconds.
Now I don't think the aesthetics could really be described as an improvement. But probably better than the item that I'd have made myself and overall it seems to do the job with fairly minimal disruption to the interior looks. Can add more foam for more comfort, but starts to get uglier.
