Financially I could see why they WOULDN'T.

But for customer service could see why they WOULD.

They haven't got to. It's a good will thing. A lot won't. I'm hoping mine sticks to his word and brings it up. Otherwise I'll just steal their flat bed and do it myself [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23]

I've been waiting for my car almost 15 months and I don't think it's realistic for it to be picked up at the dealer's cost to save a day or three - let alone for cases where, being realistic, cars are still being delivered within Ford's original estimate of approx 12 months!

Let's be honest. They will tell Manders they will get it on X day, X day arrives and driver has gone sick. Then Y day comes and transporter breaks down. Then it turns up when they are ready to go get it.

I'm actually expecting my dealer to get mine ASAP as my dealer is in Southampton lol. He has no excuses.
