It looks like the latest batches sailing were built in December though Karen said in her thread that they'd caught up, presumably to where they expected to be as clearly there are cars sitting at the docks.
That's what I was thinking too - get the feeling it's going to be well in to March before our cars move.

There should be a whole load joining the Fidelio when it docks in Baltimore today or tomorrow. Those cars should be showing 'received at terminal' on the WWL tracker. Next lot catch the Tarago on the 23rd Feb. The frustrating bit is that until a car is booked on a ship it doesn't show as 'received at terminal', which makes you feel like you are in no mans land.

But would those on the Tarago already know? I guess Ford UK are only using WWL now.

I've been told mine is booked on the Tarago but as of yet it doesn't appear on the WWL track and trace. I think there's a bit of a lag with this.

I don't think they would necessarily know yet. My car is booked on the Fidelio this weekend. It had been at the docks about a month but only appeared on the WWL tracker as received at docks a few days ago.

Looks like Ford are only using WWL as Karen said the Tarago is the next ship after the Fidelio.

If yours was built in early Dec and is only just getting on the next ship then my thought of us early Jan builds moving in March might be a bit optimistic... Looking on the bright side, it's only another few weeks to add on to the previous 13 months I guess :)

Remind me never to use whoever Ford employ for their logistics...

I think I had a longer than average wait and there were cars that were built after mine and arrived at the docks after mine that are already on a ship.

You could be right, but given the wait so far I'm expecting delays - anything that ends up being remotely close to being on time will be a pleasant and rare surprise! :)

That's the best frame of mind - low expectation. The pessimist is rarely disappointed.

On the contrary. I believe if one of us was to fly to the States, buy a 350 and get it to Baltimore we could have it on the Tarago at the expense of one of our officially imported Stangs. One of the guys on the Europe forum suggested that Ford's logistics contract is effectively the lowest of the low and everything that pitches up for export takes precedence. Keeps the cost down I guess

I'm about to buy a running pony boot panel and import it via Stackry. I'm slightly concerned I'm going to end up bumping my own car off the ship when the parcel turns up and it's worth more to the shippers than Ford's cargo... ;)

It's a shame we don't get the option of filling our cars boot (trunk) with exhausts, springs, etc prior to shipping!

That's a great idea, although given the current process I suspect in reality it would turn into "trunk contents lottery" when cars eventually arrive ;)

Hi People
a few of us are lucky to have been on the vessel Parsifal which arrived in Zeebrugge this week and i see from the tracking my car is now discharged and awaiting underseal spray.
does anyone know or had the experience of the next process of how it gets to the UK and duration now to the dealer.?
the Parsifal has now left for germany and then ends in Southhampton on the 17th feb i dont know why after the underspray they didnt put the car back on the vessel makes sense to me :clap2:
thanks

Isnt it because theres a huge back log of cars to go through and get done? I dont think they can hold the boat up if its on a tight schedule for a few mustangs while they get a bit of seal slapped on, may be wrong but i think they stay in belgium for at least 2 weeks
