Same here, i've been told that updates are coming slow from ford USA for scheduling, no vin or windowsticker, Karens chasing hard on my car for me though.

I suspect in 12 months, most people won't care about this at all, as it becomes the norm. Same with the faux gas cap, big mirrors, DRLs and clear lights etc. People buying the cars now won't have spent the last year looking at pictures (and specifications) of the US car, obsessing over every little detail.

Regarding the grommet in the boot, I found 4 or 5 nuts and bolts of various sizes in the footwell when fitting the mats. They say its just spares from the factory and nothing to be concerned about apparently.

My fat Datsun has a similar number plate holder on it, and do you know what, my Mustang will have what comes with it, put on as well.

I like the faux filler cap, don't mind the number plate bracket, but the massive door mirrors make me feel sad. They look at their worst from inside the car too!

ETIS will update once its actually built from what I see. Michigan is a few hours behind so give it time to catch up. I'd wait until end of play EST before screaming bloody mary.

So finally some good news which for some of you who knows where I stand with my car will also be pleased to see I am not ranting this time lol.
My car is finally on UK soil and currently sits in Southampton. I went by the dealer today to check on a couple of things and saw the ETA has been updated to Saturday 16th January, so fingers crossed I should finally have my car before then l after what will be nearly 16 months wait and my car coming up to being 5 months old nearly. Can't wait to push the start button and enjoy ownership......

Good news for you and at long last! Didn't yours also come across on the Galveston Highway which docked around 27th December? Mine was on the same boat so hoping to hear some good news too. However, when I checked ETIS this morning it still shows the poxy field alert as "live / outstanding" for the wiring loom :kickrock:

Not for me it's not.
It used to be possible to get the sticker here:

But that doesn't work now either. Maybe Ford is restricting access in some way that the ResearchManiacs page circumnavigates...
