Just had a phone call from my dealer (yes, at 7pm).
He called to tell me the car is "in transit". Basically I think that means its been checked into the docks now if they know about it.

I have all the coils and what-not on etis. Nothing on the ship tracking yet, though. My EDD has been upgraded from Early/Mid April to Mid March however. It'll be a miracle if it did arrive early. Too get a cold call out of nowhere with an update is pretty brilliant.

If yours is on Tamesis leaving baltimore today that might mean that boat left, woohoo, been a bit concerned due to the 35+ inches of snow that landed

That'll be as a result of the many conversations I've had with Terry about getting his sales guys to update customers

If yours is on Tamesis leaving baltimore today that might mean that boat left, woohoo, been a bit concerned due to the 35+ issues of snow that landed

Does it take a while for WWL shipping to update their tracking system? Mine doesn't show up on the tracking search. It probably missed the boat knowing my luck.

Does "in transit" not mean that it's on its way to the docks, ie on the rail car? Not that I have any great reason to believe this.

Mine has gone silent since I was told it had arrived at the docks last week. Booking them on a vessel seems to take some time. The WWL updates are for 00's of vehicles sometimes. Of course we may be on a different line. I'm restricting myself to 2 weekly update requests to Stacey. Wouldn't want to become a PITA would we ;)

Nothing showing on WWL for mine, although a couple of cars with VINS a few digits higher than mine are on there at the moment.

Are all cars getting booked onto WWL boats now? It seemed to be exclusively K-Line before Xmas, but it seems as if they've switched to WWL.

My worry is that my car will get forgotten about if it didn't make a K-Line and isn't on the list for WWL

Forgot to mention before, today marks 12 months exactly since I ordered the car.

Good to know it exists, less good it's still sitting somewhere near Baltimore 3400 miles away from me...

Continuing tonight's theme of finding stuff out I've just had an unsolicited message from FordService who advised my car arrived at the docks on 22/1. That's the first time I've been given info without asking
It would be reasonable to hope that cars from w/c 11/1 and 18/1 might all be there.

Well I've no uprated coils on ETIS and I had a scheduled build of 19/01, emailed the help desk last week, no reply as of yet!

I've got no real idea of what's going on :headbonk:

It'll come! ETIS is just slow to update aint it, mine hasn't updated but some ford system is showing w/c 1st feb for my build so i'll take that and run with it right now...

(ETIS shows: Build Date: 30.11.0002)

Which is the default build date.
