I dealt with both and actually found Desmonds to be better, on the whole. Did you have a bad experience? Having said that, neither were as responsive as I'd like and I take everything a salesman tells me with a pinch of salt.

It turned out that the cancelled DIB order I took over couldn't be changed to manual. However, both dealers had my spec in TY coming in as demos in May and both were willing to sell them to me. Lisburn is much closer, but for their sales figures they wanted to register the car as soon as the order was to go into my name, two months before estimated delivery, while the car was still in the states. That's the main reason I went with Desmonds.

So no DIB, but I'd always been torn between that and TY (with black stripes), so still happy. Also getting the car 2 months early

Basically I've never really had much contact with them. Billy the manager is the only good one there. The others don't really message me back, but then that is the same for any dealer really. The ones in Lisburn were the ones who actually messaged me back and even invite to me to see the mustang when I didn't even order with them.
