U0422 code after Whipple install

Anyone else have this or know how to stop it from coming back? I comes back every time I clear it. It's annoying because the damn remote start won't work if the code is there.

Computer communication issue.

No i dont think its a communication issue,i think the body control module is recieving the wrong data parameters from the ecu.Probably just something needs to be changed in the tune.
