Two-Face was one of Batman’s most fierce adversaries. Most of us have moments of being hot or cold, but that has been brought to life on track with Gabe G’s Ford Performance built FP350S. No matter what lap Gabe is passing you on, chances are it will be a whole new experience after the next pit stop.
Gabe purchased his FP350S in November of 2018 to compliment his Corvette Z51, Camaro ZL1 1LE and Ford Focus ST already in the stable. The Ohio weather kept the FP350S on ice for months, but Signature Wheel was able to provide some fire in the interim. During the off-season preparation we built a set of our Track Series SV501 in Crystal Burgundy, and the Track Series SV503 in Sapphire Blue. Factory 18x11 square sizing and offsets were implemented along with anti-slip bead knurling to handle all the grip those Michelin slicks would provide. All that remained missing was the opportunity to let the car stretch its legs.
With the TT1 class calling his name, Gabe was finally able to put the FP350S to the test in April 2019. Having missed part of the season, the expectation was to learn the car and surprise a few racers on track. I am happy to tell you those expectations were far exceeded. With 4 first place finishes at Pittrace, Gingerman, and Mid Ohio it left Gabe second place overall for the year. With eyes set on running a full season in 2020 we expect many will experience Gabe’s cool demeanor in the pits, but fierce skills on the track.
