Tutorial or guide on how to remove trunk sub?

Hi guys. I'm finishing the move from a 200A EcoBoost to a 401A GT. One of the things I'm moving from one car to the other is the Raxiom tail light sequencers. With the 401 package I have the trunk mounted sub and I can't get at the wire harness for the tail lights. I've looked online for tutorials and keep coming up with nothing. Can anyone link me to a tutorial or guide me on how the sub is removed, at least partially, so I can access the wire harness?

Thanks, that definitely did not come up on my Google search. But that thread is gold! I went and bought the poly-fill so I only have to do this the one time. Thanks!

I followed the instructions linked to by bjstang above. Everything went exactly as expected. I didn't have a #40 Torx bit, but was able to remove that bit with a flat head screwdriver just fine. Poly-fil went in, everything went fine, was able to install my Raxiom sequencers. No problems so far!
