Hey Folks,

I seem to be having an issue with my turbo bouncing boost when i'm at partial throttle. My gauge will jump usually between 10-15psi markings back and forth while not under full throttle. Happens both in D and S modes. Annoying as hell. Kinda like it's making boost but then backs off once it hits 15ish PSI. has happened elsewhere in the PSI gauge but mainly I notice it jumping up and down between 10-15PSI. Once I floor it, it goes to full boost, so no issues there. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

Here's my mods list:
-Turbo Smart BOV (stock piping, stock venting hose recirculated back into intake.
-JLT Intake
-Cobb Tune with initial tune from MAPerformance
-MAP Performance Turboback with Hi-flow cat.

Normally when driving the AF is at 14 as well as at idle. It does a very good job of keeping it there when not in boost. But I am curious as to what to look for as far as vacuum leaks?

Only thing that has me thinking could be a contributing factor is the Turbosmart BOV. To install it I used an included plug to fool ECU into thinking the OEM BPV was still there. Just clipped into the wires. No codes or lights and it came with the BOV. I then had to run a separate vacuum line to the left side of the engine to tab a vacuum source. It came with an aluminum block "T". I remember when mounting this "T" to the side of the intake manifold that it didn't want to go in. No amount of muscle could get it in, and because of the tight working space, i couldn't get a rubber mallet in there to tap it in. So I finally just tightened the retaining bolt which looked like it pushed the "T" into place. Got it down nice and tight. There are no vacuum leaks that I can hear....

Other than checking that "T", is there anything else I may check?

Many thanks as ANY help would be appreciated.
