Tuners in west/central Tn

I'll be installing a Procharger HO kit in the next few weeks, parts have already started trickling in. So far, I'm gather that there is only one tuner/dyno in Memphis, Dynospeed. They seem very reputable, but pricey, and GM heavy. I may go and get a baseline, from them, prior to install, but would rather have the tuning done by a shop that is more Coyote oriented. Looking for suggestions/recommendations.

FYI, this is what is being installed:
- Procharger P-1SC w/Helical Gears. Told Beefcake I was looking for 8-9 PSI, so, unknown on pulley size.
- DW 95lb injectors
- Vortech BAP
- Also purchased a Ngauge to install Prochargers "canned" tune.
- Going to the local parts store to order a set of NGK's @ 1 step cooler.

Only other mod is a Magnaflow Street CB.

I haven't been here but this place in Spring Hill, TN has done S550's and other Mustangs.
