Ok I understand everything now. This is my last question. If my only mod is cai and axleback exhaust, what's the difference in going with a custom tube over the standard sct. Can't I put that into the tuner myself?

the standard cal will work

I like to think that we bring a little more to the table as we have more access to tuning parameters,

especially the flat spots in the manuals, and driving modes in the autos

our rev matching in the auto is ridiculous

We would actually recommend doing our Windstorm CAI with our performance cutout, which is tune required, and sees gains of this intake adds peak gains of over 14hp and 15 lbs of torque on top of our 22hp and 38 lbs of torque from our MyCalibrator tuner for a total of 36hp and 53 lbs of torque peak gains! All of this power takes places while increasing the of efficiency of your Mustang, making our Windstorm intake system the perfect add on to your car.
