What tuning options do we have fellow V6 owners ?:clap2:
Is Torrie the only one helping us?
As I got a free accessport from my friend I kinda want to find someone will tune my v6 using an accessport. :headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:

I believe Torrie is the only one that has tunes for your engine. The AP is for the Ecoboost.

Torrie is the only one offering tunes for us at the moment, your only other option would be a pro tune on a dyno by a local tuner. I can speak from experience that Torrie's tunes are awesome, his customer service is top notch and he offers free datalog and basic modification revisions.

So I'm sure this is covered on this forum, but do tunes void our warranty?

What if the tune was literally just to clear a check engine light from an O/R mid pipe? Would that still void my warranty?

From what I know in order to turn off the CEL caused by an O/R mid pipe the tune has to disable the rear O2 sensors, which is still a "custom tune" which will void the warranty. That being said you can always flash back to stock and some say Ford won't be able to detect that you modified the tune but some people also say otherwise.

Just get an O2 defouler and save yourself money and maintain peace of mind. Keep in mind the O/R mid pipe will also give you troubles with your service department.

I put defoulers on my offload but without the tune the cel from the sensors would still come up. It would occasionally go away by itself but then came back.

I have never used them personally because I have always done a tune, but I know some have used them with success.
