Tune adjustment interchanging blow off to bypass?

I feel this is a dumb question, but couldn't find any solid info on the net.

Installed the Vortech race BOV during the initial install and am thinking about installing the basic bypass that comes with the kit to see the sound difference.

Is this an item that I'd need to have the tune modified?
