I was driving about 60km/he when the trunk open sign appeared on the cluster.
I got out and closed it when I was able to pull off onto a side street. On the highway I can see that being a issue.
Historically, I've had wacky stuff happen to my mirrors when getting into the car when I had my personal setting paired with the key fob. After unpairing it went away. No mirror problems but sometimes raising the windows up will produce an error where it'll roll up half way and go back down. I have to click the window switch again and it'll roll back up. Also, sometimes the door chime and rear back up alert will chime through all the speakers and sometimes through just the middle speaker up front. I can live with both of those. The trunk, thing is an issue though. All this is related to the BCM behind the passenger kick panel.
Any one else experience something like this?
