LOL! I think the black wheels look great! That photo is not the best.If there is ever any proof of how hideous black wheels look it's these 2 pictures ^^
Thanks for posting, the convertible looks really nice in yellow![]()
I Agree 100% It looks like someone stole the hubcaps...If there is ever any proof of how hideous black wheels look it's these 2 pictures ^^

That's what I want if I go for Triple Yellow. Now I've just gotta figure out how to get the 50th Anniversary Appearance Pkg Interior without the Grill and Faux Gas Cap. I don't mind the Anniversary Pkg Wheels but like the Gunmetal PP Wheels.
I agree. I think the black wheels look amazing with the yellow, much better than gray or silver (which looks good with darker wheels) - more contrast etc and will look good with a black roof/mirrors etc. Again, just goes to show how color choices is a horizontal preference (unlike price!). If they didnt offer these amazing black wheels (which happens to be STANDARD on the PP!!) I would have gone for a different color - likely DIB with the 20 inch silver wheels. To each their own. I think the black looks great. The quality of the picture of the PP GT is piss poor though.
Question is, where was this taken at?
Damn straight, that's why I ordered it. That and it was a lower number of people will likely buy that color, making it a little more rare and unusual. Well, that and the extra $500 for the color.
And thank you btw for some of the most interesting pics on the forum, especially when they're least expected. You have a brilliant network.Flat Rock Assembly Plant
3rd one, but no side stripes. They look out of place. My friend (an top notch automotive designer) did a few renderings of the 2015 GTPP TY (same as the one I ordered).
Feel free to let me what you all think. My choice is
1) Black roof and mirrors
2) Black roof and mirrors and gray stripes
3) black stripes instead of gray stripes
Yes. Yellow and black are complimentary colors. Yellow and silver are not, they clash. Black wheels look good with light colors due to the contrast. Silver wheels look good with darker colors again due to contrast. It all boils down to a persons preference.I agree. Agreed about the side stripes. I dont like 'em in any of the cases. Thanks for weighing in.3rd one, but no side stripes. They look out of place.
