One day, the Trip/Fuel Info display just stopped working. When it's selected, the whole info area goes blank/black. All the other displays available in "settings" are accessible and work fine. Any clues on fixing?
(As I don't see how to show my particulars on this thread, I should point out that mine is a 2019 GT Mustang convertible.)

Does it change if you use the up or down arrow buttons?

Thank you Farkel!! Yes, that worked! But for me, this workaround is aggravatingly counter-intuitive. I might as well have tried shifting gear or unlocking the doors.

When I got my 2019 I thought something was wrong since I couldn't see the distance to empty etc. and every time I wen to that screen it was just blank. One day I thought, "maybe there is more if I hit the up/down arrow" and there it was! Distance to empty, tire pressure, etc.

Yer welcome, but I wouldn't call this a workaround. That display includes Trip 1, Trip 2 and the TPMS display. The arrow buttons cycle through the three options. On mine, if I use the pony button (and a few more button-pushes) to get back to my regular dash display, the next time I access it in the Settings the trip/fuel info shows whichever display it was on the last time I was there. It's a lot of button-pushing, but I guess that's the price we pay for all this fancy digital technology. Like we used to love telling people who complained about 'bugs' that weren't really bugs, "the system is performing as designed". So glad I'm retired now...
